About Hanga Language
The Hanga language is spoken by several thousand people living in a dozen villages in northern Ghana, Africa. This New Testament, the 200th completed since the work of Wycliffe Bible Translators began, is the fruit of cooperative efforts of many people and organizations. It would not have been possible withot the capable work done by several Hanga people. Sumbini Abutu, a young woman who is blind, worked on it during the early stages on translation. Alfred Issah Adjei played a major role in the translation and David Gbaamanga checked the entire New Testament.
