Papiamentu

Papiamentu (English /ˌpɑːpiəˈmɛntˌpæ-/)[4] or Papiamento (English pronunciation: /ˌpɑːpiəˈmɛntˌpæ-/) is the most-widely spoken language on the Caribbean ABC islands, having official status in Aruba and Curaçao. The language is also recognized on Bonaire by the Dutch government.[2]

Papiamentu is a language derived from African and Portuguese languages[5] with some influences from American Indian languagesEnglishDutch and Spanish.[6]
