The Bible not only summarizes the history of humanity in a huge narrative spanning from the creation to the new creation, but we can also find answers to our most important questions in it: Why do we live? Where do we come from? Where are we going? Is there life after death?
The Bible consists of two parts. The first part is the Old Testament, from which we can learn about God. He created the world, and in it he loved his creature, man, who constantly put God's love to the test with his rebellion and unfaithfulness. In the end, however, this love always proved to be stronger than anything else.
The second part is the New Testament, in which the Gospels first report on the Son of God, Jesus Christ: his life, death and resurrection. In the Acts of the Apostles, the apostolic letters and the Book of Revelation, the first disciples of Jesus testify about how the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ led and still leads his church on the path of faith.

A második rész az Újszövetség, amelyben az evangéliumok először Isten Fiáról, Jézus Krisztusról tudósítanak: életéről, haláláról és feltámadásáról. Az Apostolok Cselekedeteiben, az apostoli levelekben és a Jelenések könyvében Jézus első tanítványai vallanak arról, hogy a feltámadott Úr Jézus Krisztus hogyan vezette és vezeti ma is egyházát a hit útján.
