Inspector Gadget (also referred to as Inspector Gadget: The Movie) is a 1999 American science fiction action comedy film directed by David Kellogg. The film is loosely based on the beloved 1983 animated television series of the same name and stars Matthew Broderick as the titular character, Inspector Gadget.
