About the Author:

Wolgang Bühne comes from a Christian home and grew up in Schwelm. Until the age of fifteen he was not interested in matters of faith. That changed after he had made acquaintance with the biography of Essen Youth Pastor Wilhelm Busch. His brother Johannes gave stage then the decisive impulse to become a Christian.

After he had completed a chemist's apprenticeship in Wuppertal, he began in 1968 as an evangelist in Schwelm with a missionary youth work, which was continued in 1972 in his founded by him "Freizeitheim Schoppen" in Meinerzhagen. That same year he founded the "Christian Bookstore Stage" there. In 1983, the publishing house Christian Literature Dissemination with headquarters in Bielefeld, where stage is still active today in the management. Since 1970, he is the editor of the magazine founded by him and faithful, which appeared before 1968 under the name Bible Course. He edited a series of writings by Charles Haddon Spurgeon. In missionary countries such as China and Honduras, he is involved in the training of staff and the development of evangelistic literature work. He belongs to the "working group bibles loyal journalists" and is one of the supporters of the "Bible Confession Conference Wittenberg 2017".
