Magyar Áttekintés: Az Első Emelet 2 a nyolcvanas évek egyik legnépszerűbb magyar poplemeze, amely ezen a CD-kiadáson digitálisan felújítva hallható. A zenekar második stúdióalbuma olyan örökzöld slágereket tartalmaz, mint „A film forog tovább”, az „Édes évek” vagy a „Táncosnő”. Az Első Emelet ebben a korszakban a hazai újhullám és pop-rock élvonalába tartozott, stílusos megjelenésükkel és modern hangzásukkal egy egész generáció kedvenceivé váltak.
Az Első Emelet 2 az Első Emelet együttes második lemeze, mely 1985-ben jelent meg. Számai egyben az ez évben forgatott Linda filmsorozat egy részében is hallhatóak voltak. A zenekar budapesti lemezbemutató koncertje egybe esett a Linda forgatásával, mely a Petőfi Csarnokban zajlott. A lemezt a Hungaroton jelentette meg a Start márkanév alatt. Az Első Emelet magyar könnyűzenei együttes. 1982-ben Budapesten alakult meg. Stílusát leginkább az újhullám és a szintipop határozta meg.
