Twinkie Clark is often credited, along with her mother, the late Dr. Mattie Moss Clark, with shaping the sound of one of the gospel music idiom's most revered and emulated female groups, the Clark Sisters. This project, recording live in Charlotte, NC, at the University Park Baptist Church, finds Clark in good vocal form.
Elbernita "Twinkie" Clark-Terrell (born November 15, 1954) is an American gospel singer, composer, musician, and evangelist, as well as member of the Hammond organ Hall of Fame. She is a member of The Clark Sisters, an influential gospel vocal ensemble active since the late 1960s.
