Review:
I am so happy to have found this "Phantom of The Opera" DVD movie and CD soundtrack on Amazon. I have looked for it in stores but no-one had it. Gerard Butler and Emmy Rossum are the perfect Phantom and Christine ever. Patrick Wilson was great as Raoul, but didn't have the passion & charisma that the Phantom had. Madame Giry and Meg were perfect casting too.
Andrew Lloyd Webber did his best work ever in the music in this movie. Who could listen to this beautiful music and not be swept up in the emotion of the story?
A beautiful but sad love story. Too bad this same cast wasn't used to make the movie of "Love Never Dies". After seeing these perfect roles performed in The Phantom of The Opera, it is disappointing to see anyone else playing their roles.
