Review:
Best of Electric Light Orchestra is compilation of many of their best-known songs. Although there are certainly a lot of songs that could have fit on this album, there still seems to be some very important tracks that have been left off. Where is "Eldorado"? How about "Evil Woman"? Those are two of their best and biggest songs, yet they are nowhere to be seen on this collection. What is here is still good, big hits like "Roll Over Beethoven" and "All Over the World (Showdown: Early Version)" are here, but as a whole the album feels incomplete. There are many ELO hits albums available, and this is only one of the more average ones. Do the band a favor and get a more complete compilation, as this one is good but not great. ~ Bradley Torreano
