STRATEGY FOR THE 60’S — which has been prepared by the Foreign Policy Clearing House — translates the findings of this monumental Senate project into brief, accurate and usable form, making available to the public the facts about the United States’ position in the world today and the guidelines by which the strategy for the future will be charted. The first part of the book presents an over-all analysis of the main ideas developed in the Senate reports, while the second part contains summary outlines of each of the reports.
