A kvintett zenei koncepciójában az újragondolt, egyéni hangvétellel tolmácsolt sztenderdek mellett hangsúlyos teret kapnak a saját szerzemények. Megfogalmazásuk szerint intim, finom zenét játszanak, amely a jazzt dalba oltott irodalomként definiálja.
Szandra maga írja angol nyelvű szerzeményeit, melyeket Cseke Gábor hangszerel. Dalaikban a szövegek fontossága egyenrangú a muzsikáéval, történeteik a dallamokban is tükröződnek.
Több stílust felölelő zenéjük 'révedező, titkolózó, kukucskáló' muzsika, mely egyszerre invitál ringató utazásra és elgondolkodásra.
