DVD which tells the story of Katie, who having been invited by Statoil [the gas drilling company] to celebrate their 10th anniversary on the biggest man-made structure ever moved on Earth, agreed to perform on the North Sea floor at the foot of a leg of the enormous drilling platform, setting the Guinness World record for the lowest underwater concert ever performed plus bonus extras including a new interview, previously unreleased footage of her on tour and the previously unavailable music video of 'It's Only Pain' and more.

Katie is intriguing, this production is also. Mature, warm, original. Who say's it's dull needs to much exiting to be satisfied. A pity that there is only stereo sound. It should have had some innovative sound technique to express the special location of the concert. As the title says it is at the bottom of the (North)see. In one of the very big legs of a huge oil platform near Norway. The atmosphere of the often harsh conditions on a oil platform with also sometimes dreamy sunsets meet the special Katie Melua wave. The platform-manager Jan came up with this idea to fulfill his dream and reaches for the quiness book of records. The question remains which dream did come true. The record, the few minutes with Katie in the sunset looking over the sea or having a concert in a bizarre place or all of them.
