3688 (simplified Chinese: 想入飞飞; traditional Chinese: 想入飛飛; pinyin: Xiǎngrù Fēifēi, literally "Dreaming of Fei Fei"), is a 2015 Singaporean musical/comedy film directed by Royston Tan and starring Joi Chua, Michael Tan, Rahimah Rahim, Liu Lingling and Shigga Shay. It is Tan's first feature film after an absence of 7 years.

3688, Royston Tan’s first feature film in seven years, is a musical-comedy tribute to both late Taiwanese music legend Feng Fei-Fei, and Singapore’s colloquial equivalent – its parking enforcement officers.

Suitably expressive of the movie’s troupe of colourful characters, the visual language employed is a deliberate pastiche of the familiar parking coupons in Singapore and the oft littered punch-out tabs.
