We are sorry you want to return your item.
To start the return process please go to your account, look at your order (s) and to the right of the page you will see a place to click to start your return.
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our return policy.
To start your return, first you will have to select one of these reasons when making the return request.
These options are:
• Wrong product ordered
• Product was not what was expected
• Incorrect gift purchase
• Damaged product
• Received wrong product
• Product no longer needed
The procedure is:
1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:

3. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your items, and when a refund is issued.
Please note that if we did send you teh correct item as ordered and you want to return it you will be responsible for the return cost and your initial outbound shipping will not be refunded, only the price of the products.
