Overview

English: The World's Fastest Indian tells the remarkable true story of Burt Munro (Anthony Hopkins), a New Zealander who spent decades perfecting his 1920 Indian Scout motorcycle. In the 1960s, despite old age and a failing heart, Burt travels to the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah to fulfill his lifelong dream of setting a land speed record. Anthony Hopkins delivers one of his most heartwarming performances as a humble, eccentric "small-town hero" whose persistence and human spirit prove that one is never too old to achieve greatness.
