Overview

In the fictional metropolis of Edison, corruption is the law of the land. Joshua Pollack (Justin Timberlake), a young and ambitious journalist, stumbles upon a web of deceit involving an elite, "untouchable" police unit known as F.R.A.T. (First Response Assault & Tactical). After witnessing a suspicious exchange during a trial, Pollack realizes he is in over his head and seeks the help of his seasoned editor, Ashford (Morgan Freeman), and a relentless investigator, Wallace (Kevin Spacey).
