Overview
English: Új színek (New Colors) is the second and final studio album by Color, one of the most musically sophisticated bands in Hungarian rock history. Hailing from Debrecen, the group—centered around the three Bokor brothers and guitar virtuoso Miklós Felkai—developed a unique sound that blended high-level symphonic progressive rock with the polished AOR (Adult Oriented Rock) style popular in the West. Released in 1982, this album features tighter arrangements and catchier melodies than their debut, resulting in some of the finest melodic rock ever produced in the Eastern Bloc. This particular copy is a rare collector's find, bearing the original signature of Miklós Felkai.
Magyar: Az Új színek a magyar rocktörténet egyik legigényesebb zenekara, a debreceni Color együttes második, egyben utolsó stúdióalbuma. A három Bokor fivér és a gitárvirtuóz Felkai Miklós köré épülő csapat egyedülálló hangzást alakított ki, amelyben a magas színvonalú szimfonikus progresszív rock keveredett a nyugaton népszerű, csiszolt AOR (Adult Oriented Rock) stílussal. Az 1982-ben megjelent album feszesebb hangszerelést és fülbemászóbb dallamokat hozott, mint a bemutatkozó lemezük, létrehozva a keleti blokk valaha volt egyik legjobb dallamos rockanyagát.
