Das Werk „Grundrechte im Zivilprozess“ untersucht die Bedeutung der Grundrechte im Zivilverfahrensrecht auf vergleichender Ebene und entstand im Rahmen einer Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Eötvös-Loránd-Universität (ELTE) Budapest und der Georg-August-Universität Göttingen.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen zentrale verfahrensrechtliche Prinzipien wie:

• die Dispositionsmaxime,
• der Verhandlungsgrundsatz,
