Overview
The heroes of Romancing the Stone, Joan Wilder (Kathleen Turner) and Jack Colton (Michael Douglas), return for another adrenaline-fueled adventure, this time set in the vast deserts of North Africa. Ralph (Danny DeVito) also rejoins the duo, primarily to stir up trouble and find the fabled "Jewel of the Nile." What begins as a glamorous biography-writing trip for Joan quickly turns into a perilous escape from a power-hungry dictator. This classic 80s sequel is a whirlwind of jet fighter chases, treacherous tribes, and a "jewel" that turns out to be a massive surprise for everyone involved.
