Overview

James Dial (Snipes) is a retired professional assassin who has never forgiven himself for letting one of the world's most dangerous terrorists escape. Framed for the murder of a high-ranking investigator (Charles Dance), Dial must go on the run from the entire British police force. His only hope lies with a 12-year-old girl who assists him in a desperate search for the truth and justice.
