About the Author:
Alvin Ung’s purpose is to grow leaders who embrace their calling. His books include the bestselling Barefoot Leadership, Taking Your Soul to Work and Headless Chicken and the Spark.
As a facilitator, Alvin finds joy in creating a safe space where leaders can renew relationships, build trust and contribute to breakthroughs in bussiness, public and social sectors. He also coaches a small number of senior leaders to support their personal transformation.
He has taught leadership, spirituality and creative writing at universities in North America and Southeast Asia. He obtained graduate degrees at The Johns Hopkins University and Regent College. He graduated summa cum laude from Middlebury College. Alvin and his family live in Kuala Lumpur, where they tell children’s stories in a local library and school.
