A könyv szeretné közkinccsé tenni János leveleinek magyarázatát olyan formában, hogy azoknak is segítséget tudjon nyújtani, akik bibliai ismereteiket kívánják gyarapítani, hitüket erősíteni, vagy meg akarják ismerni annak a hátterét, a keresztyénség számára meghatározó, Jézus Krisztus által elindított, és az apostolok, illetve tanítványi körük által hagyományozott irodalmat. A magyarázat rövid egységekre tagoltan adja az eredeti görög nyelven írt szöveget, annak magyar nyelvű fordítását és a szöveg elemzését, valamint tartalmi összefoglalását. Ezt követi a meditáció. A meditációt János első levelének perikópáihoz a Debreceni Református Hittudományi Egyetem tanárai készítették, a második levélhez a szerző, a harmadik levélhez pedig Lenkey István paksi lelkipásztor. Ahogy János levelei mögött ott volt egy tanítványi kör és sok gyülekezet, sok keresztyén ember tettekben megnyilvánuló szeretete, úgy most Jézus Krisztus egyházában ma is hat az a láthatatlan, de megtapasztalható energia, amely nemcsak hozzá köt bennünket, hanem egymáshoz is. Az, hogy ez a kötet így elkészülhetett, sok jóakaratra, tettekben megnyilvánuló szeretetre volt szükség. With the power of the coming world in this world. Explanation of the letters of John the Apostle

The book would like to publicize the explanation of John's letters in a way that can also help those who want to increase their biblical knowledge, strengthen their faith, or want to know the background of it, determined by Jesus Christ, which is decisive for Christianity, and literature of their disciples. The explanation is divided into short units into the original Greek text, its translation into Hungarian and the analysis and summary of the text. This is followed by meditation. The meditation was made by the teachers of the Debrecen Reformed University of theology, for the second letter the author, and for the third letter, István Lenkey, a pastor from paks. As behind John's letters, there was a circle of disciples and many churches, the love of many Christian men in their deeds, so now the invisible but experiential energy that not only binds us but also interacts with it in the Church of Jesus Christ. The fact that this volume could be done in this way required a lot of goodwill, love in action.
