The Bible is the most translated, published, and studied book in history, with translations in approximately 1,500 languages. As such, it has had a profound influence on cultures across the globe, withstanding the test of time and persisting in significance still today. The Bible: A History tells the story of how the Bible came to be and answers Bible readers' most common questions, including: Who composed the different books that make up the Bible?
